Decent place to stay in...
Liked: It was located centrally and you could walk to restaurants . The staff was friendly and we had a kitchen.
Disliked: It seemed some people were living in the hotel room next to us and were constantly smoking marijuana possibly with a small child in the room who cried each evening

Theft, dirty, and not safe...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Cleanliness is unacceptable - The photos of the room look really new but, in reality we got old dirty room. The carpet is old and dirty full of dirt. The bed is old and not comfortable at all. The wall is very thin you can hear all the noise from the next door.Thefts - Our stuffs got stealing from the car and the hotel have no cameras. We did notice the employee there but they seem not too surprised and did nothing to help us. Do not leave anything inside car, the theft will break the car and get the stuffs. We are lucky enough that they took the empty bag packs. **Do not stay at this hotel at all if you want to have good time with your family**

Unacceptable Service and Rude Management...
Disliked: I had a terrible experience at this hotel on December 31, 2024. Despite booking my room well in advance for a one-night stay (December 31 to January 1), my check-in process was a disaster. The check-in time was clearly stated as 3:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 2:45 PM, I was told to wait. By 4:00 PM—more than an hour past the scheduled time—my room was still not ready.When I inquired with the staff, I was met with vague responses and no clear resolution. Worse, when I approached the manager for assistance, I encountered the rudest and most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The manager informed me that rooms are not guaranteed to be ready at the advertised check-in time, even suggesting I might have to wait until 8:00 PM.To add insult to injury, the manager offered to cancel my booking and refund my payment as if that was a viable solution—on New Year’s Eve, no less. With events and plans already scheduled, this left me in an incredibly difficult position.This level of service is completely unacceptable. Delayed check-ins, unprofessional staff, and a lack of respect for guests' time should not be tolerated at any hotel. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone and would advise others to think twice before booking here.
