It was a good stay...
Disliked: I am with AARP and was told that night that it reflect on my bill. When I checked out they couldn’t get the printer to work so left without seeing if I was billed different. They said they would email it and I didn’t see any difference on the bill. My complaint is don’t tell me there will be a credit if you can’t do it

Overall there were some positive...
Liked: Staff did not have name tags. Some of the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their ways to help you. Although not all staff were that way. Location was great. Coffee was nice to have at all times. Liked free WiFi, computer, and printer. The washer and dryer was nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave was great as well. There was a sitting area both indoors and outside.
Disliked: Some staff were not as friendly and difficult to find. We were there for 8 days. On the morning of September 11th at 4:55 AM we were awakened up by someone talking extremely loud on the phone with someone else on speaker phone. This went on for a while and was in the lobby. They were swearing and yelling. I had my husband check tell them to be quiet. He went to the library and held up his finger to communicate to be quiet. I asked him who it was but my husband didn’t know since there were no name tags and he didn’t have his glasses on. He noted however that it was a female that was fully dressed and he was pretty sure it was the front desk employee and not a customer. The room we stayed in smelled like a wet dog or stinky shoes. My husband thought the smell was from the air conditioner. I heard that dogs go on first floor and we were in room but didn’t have a dog. We had complained about the smell. Cassie attempted to clean the air conditioner when we were gone one day and also noticed the odor. Since we did not have a pet, we should have been moved. We tried to keep our window opened but two evenings at about 10:30 PM we had to close them due to a strong smell of pot. Most mornings, we could hear someone above us 5:00 am walking around, trucks starting, music playing, people talking, and movement beginning at 5:00 am. The coffee creamer curdled. The employee found some newer cream. The old cream had already expired. I wanted to print our tickets but the cartridge on the printer needed to be replaced. A male employee said a cartridge was on order. It would be nice to have a little something available in the morning such as fruit, a muffin or donut. Customers are kind of used to it today. We joined the rewards program. I emailed to get credit for 8 days but told that since we booked through Priceline we would not get credit. This not true with Marriott points. Marriott would honor that.
