Liked: The location is perfect. Especially when flight issues happen and you’re stuck in town. Also, the staff that checked us in was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s being really nit picky.

Liked: Excellent, friendly staff on arrival, room was clean and comfortable.Check in and check out was simple.Great location close to the airport.
Disliked: Road outside was very noisy, I wear earplugs which cut out the noise.Might be worth offering them to customers when they arrive.

Liked: We stay here every time we visit Medford and the people who work here are always super nice. The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Great for traveling with dog
Disliked: This is not the fault of the property but dog owners who don’t pick up their dogs poop. I guess since it is a hotel that allows pet travel means that someone should consistently check areas around for dog poop?
