Liked: Price, location, staff.

Friendly helpful staff does not...

Liked: The location is convenient and pet friendly. The room also has a refrigerator. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Shabby, leftover beer still in the refrigerator. Dirty used qtips behind the nightstand, the phone did not work and the shower handle was broken and we were unable to use the shower, until maintenance arrived and fixed it.

Liked: We always stay here because they are pet-friendly, close to everything, and good prices. We’ve never had problems in the past.
Disliked: It was really, really dirty this time (out of 4-5 times we’ve stayed here) and the air conditioner sounded like a battlefield if you wanted the room cool. It was loud and battered and only quitter down around 76 or more degrees which made the room hot and humid.

Disliked: Pillows were a little to fluffy (thick).
