Liked: The General Manager was extremely helpful in fixing my booking issue. The hotel was clean and comfortable in a nice part of town, close to the freeway.
Disliked: I had a difficult time dealing with Booking.com to resolve my issue. I’m still waiting to hear from them regarding a refund for a cancellation of reservation.

Liked: We were there for our graduation from BYU Idaho. We had a super easy check-in & found everything clean & in great shape. Had a great nights sleep — comfortable beds!! The only thing we missed was the free breakfast but there were places close by to have breakfast.
