comfortable, peaceful and clean

Liked: the room was comfortable. The staff was so friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed.It was a nice and good place to stay as I was going on the train the next day.
Disliked: there was a kitchen but not a single pot, plate or cutlery.There was nothing close by to do or see. My plans changed and I had to stay an extra night and did not have a car so I did not get to see anything of the city.

Only there for one night...

Liked: Bed and pillows were nice as were the towels. Good access and location
Disliked: Dog hair all over the room, smelled like smoke, floor was dirty and the drains for both the sink and tub were very slow to drain.

Staff was upbeat and considerate.

Liked: I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room of the kind and considerate staff.
Disliked: Double charged because of booking. Com but manager refunded couple days after stay.

Liked: The room was clean, nice big bathroom, staff was friendly enough
Disliked: Check in time is clearly stated as 3pm on the website. When we arrived they told us the room was not ready and they didn’t know when it would be, maybe an hour they said. We were in town for a concert and were planning on arriving at 3 so that we had enough time to get ready and not be in a rush. Because we couldn’t get in at 3, we had to sit in the parking lot and wait, then rush to get ready when we got the room. I know that it isn’t that staff’s fault, but it was just frustrating and stressful.
