Comfortable, clean great service from...

Liked: First time staying at a MyPlace hotel. Nice kitchen facilities. Was surprised to find no cutlery, cups or dishes. Now we know and will bring with us next time.

It is OK but we...

Liked: The room is clean.
Disliked: After long day driving, we came to check in around 11pm, , the staff didn't provide the room that I booked for. And gave us the room that someone was checked in and occupied, and then they gave us another room and this room didn't have 2 beds and recliner that I booked. When I got in the room I found out that we didn't have recliner, my husband and the kids made them comfortable, I just went down to tell them then they said they could give us the room that we booked for but it was too late for the kids and my husband so we just stayed.
