Disliked: We were moving with a 26 ft Uhaul and auto transport. We booked online and when we arrived reception told us there's no truck parking. We could park behind the hotel in an abandoned, unlit parking lot. Additionally, while in the lobby waiting for my husband, I witnessed a man come to the counter to report two work truck break ins where tools were stolen! He wanted to speak with management; there's not one on sight! We asked for a refund and after two attempts in two days by us and Booking.com to resolve the situation we're told corporate said No refund! We travel frequently; worst customer service EVER! The Best Western Plus down the street was AMAZING! We stayed there and highly reccomend it for exceptional rooms, service and breakfast!
