Needs improvement

Liked: The location is OK, there was multiple trams avaiable to near the hotel (5,9,11,31) what can be used to travel. There was stores in the near (within 5-10 mintes walk).House keeping was everyday so they made your bed, changed towels and replaced toilet paper without asking for it.
Disliked: The hotel tried to look decent but it has several problems. Like: rooms soundproofing was terrible. The cleaning was on surface level, because the carpet has stains and several places was sticky.On the bedside there was stains from previous "succesfull drinking". Heating in the room was turned off when I arrived and the walls were cold. The heater/radiator in the bathroom does not worked, it was not matter if I set it to 5 its remained cold.The toilet shape and size more like a "corporate ones" whats designed to be uncomfortable.The beds were extra hard what is not comfortable to people sleep in their side.No fridge or water heater in the room, and were only still water in the reception minibar (there were different drinks like beer and coke but not bubled water when I bought one)

Liked: Overall, my stay at the hotel was fine. The breakfasts were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: However, there was one issue — I stayed on the top floor, and the balcony often had bird droppings, which was a bit unpleasant. In addition, I initially spoke to the administrator in English, but after a while, she started responding in russian. While it makes sense to reply in the language someone addresses you in, it felt strange that the conversation shifted. Other than that, everything else was great, and the service was generally good.
