Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.

My room was very clean and large. It had lots of mirrors and a desk to sit at - both features were very helpful. It had a large window overlooking the sea which I loved and all the drink making and washing extras that one expects. As a single woman I felt very safe and I will be staying there again in October.

Liked: It was well presented and spacious.
Disliked: The restaurant was quite expensive.

Would have been a great stay but for a disco until the early hours. We were moved to a sea front room which was quiet. Staff did apologise - would use again though.

Disliked: Disco going on until the early hours - very loud.

Brilliant - we had a lovely stay. All the staff were really friendly, very smart and efficient. The food and service in the restaurant and bar was second to none. Our room was fresh and extremely clean. Breakfast was spot on with a good selection to suit most tastes. Value for money was very good. Already recommended it to friends and we are looking for a reason to stay again.

Liked: I didn't get his name, but the man on reception was exceptional. When I inquired about disabled parking, he made a point of ensuring that the rooms were suitable for someone with disabilities.All the staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The lift wasn't great, too small and old, but it didn't impact on our stay.

Liked: Easy to book, good location, clean and warm place
Disliked: 1. Before booking you read 'this property has parking available'. It's only after booking you receive a msg to be told there is a price involved in that. I suggest that you post the price clearly before the booking, please?2. Hot water at this property is available on demand. We ended up having to ask for it at the reception, and even then it lasted less than 10min, so when a second person went for a shower another request had to be made at the reception.
