Liked: Great location comfy bed nice view
Disliked: Not much parking, bar area is the reception area. Heater in bathroom not working so cold And room needs cleaning ie under beds and cupboards And a flask for morning coffee is not nice

Liked: The bed was so comfortable, George was really friendly as well as the South African lady in reception. The fish and chips were amazing.
Disliked: Clean , friendly, and location .

Liked: Fresh modern room great bed and tv/radio adequate.
Disliked: Poor Access and parking.. Had to pay across the road from 5pm to 11am following day. No proper soap for hand-washing.. In toilet Poor drainage smell from bathroom when entering room.

Liked: Location was amazing despite no parking,our stay over the new year period was all the better having g met Mikayla who booked us in and looked after us,what a gem the hotel is very lucky to have her,always greeted you with the biggest smile.
Disliked: No on-site parking,room and bed a bit small .

Very good

Liked: The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping staff and receptionists quickly responded to any requests . Provided clean towels and room was serviced regularly
Disliked: The windows didn't close properly which caused the room to feel a bit cold and had to keep curtains closed because of draught . The shower cubicle was very small in our room but family in another room were pleased with their room , large shower.
