Overnight stay

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location , the room was nice and cosy the bed was so comfortable. Recently done up so was the en-suite . Staff very nice and helpful . It was good value for money .
Disliked: The en suite had recently been redone however it was obvious as flakes of paint that had been scraped from windows were all over the windowsill the skirting boards were covered in dust just felt it should have been thoroughly cleaned and hoovered before hand . The shower also leaked the whole time .

Disliked: Wifi not working. & TV not working. Managed to be connected to the staffs wifi, was advised someone would take a look at our TV to try fix it however noone appeared after complaining 2 different times.

Fantastic stay

Liked: The whole experience from checking in to check out was easyReceptionist on check in was so friendly and helpful, really cheery and just what we needed after a 6am 3 hour drive then a business meeting.Room was perfect and clean, really nice furnishings, excellent view looking over the bay.Night porter couldn't of been any friendlier Breakfast amazing, so so impressed and have been recommending this hotel to others.
Disliked: Lights flickering in room, couldn't have them on
