Liked: Breakfast was excellent as was the table service. The staff were excellent. We managed to park our car at front of hotel for most of our stay but the weekend was very busy.
Disliked: Our shower tray overflowed. We spoke to reception , who said they would look into it. Unfortunately, for the remainder of our stay, it continuedAlthough it claimed to be recently refurbished, the rooms lacked any USB sockets, the toilet seat was not tight and the TV only got a few channels.

Despite the few points mentioned...

Liked: It was a good central location. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you.
Disliked: Some facilities could be improved on. Couldn’t open the windows in the bedroom which could be an issue in the summer months. The TV didn’t work due to no signal. Whilst the lighting was good, it could be improved on as it was bright and there was no lamps in the room so you either had all lights on or off. Was awkward trying to use the tea tray due to its location. Although there was a small dressing table mirror close to a socket wound have preferred a socket beside the larger mirror.

Excellent value, great staff

Liked: Great location, our Seaview double room was bigger than expected with excellent views over Oban harbour. The room looked recently renovated with a super king bed and modern shower room and had everything we needed. Joemar and all the other staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, would use this hotel again.
Disliked: Nothing
