Lovely homely place and good...

Liked: Lovely rooms and staff, food was also very good:)
Disliked: Everything was fine, only criticism is the sausages were not that good!

Lovely hotel. Well worth a...

Liked: The hotel was very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were absolutely top-notch. Breakfast was lovely. House Burger on the dinner menu was very good.
Disliked: My wife complained that her chicken at dinner lacked seasoning and seemed overcooked. We both noticed that the sticky toffee pudding was burnt, and it seemed like sauce had been added to conceal it. If having dinner, I'd recommend a local restaurant called The Classroom Bistro.

Lovely

Liked: Loved the Decor, area and room. It was a bit dated but it fitted with the setting. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The Bar area looked quite small

This one has the lot!

Liked: Location is divine. We had a beautiful stay with friendly and helpful staff who were welcoming. Loved that there is a lift! Olde world charm. Bed was huge. Great food onsite. Would stay again. Bonus hairy coos in the paddock in front of the hotel! On-site parking. Huge towels and terrific bathroom.

Convenient location for Nairn

Liked: The entrance and restaurant
Disliked: It appeared tired and the room allocated was not to modern standards. Chipped paint, no 2 pin charging point in Bathroom. No glasses for water, mugs not clean, safe instructions not for safe installed! Milk capsules were near sell by date and had solids in them. - bought milk in local coop. We Arrived at 09.45pm as advised previously but no opportunity for a drink in the bar or any refreshments. I have a record of praising and recommending hotels we stay in and restaurants we use but this hotel I will not recommend.
