Liked: I just love this hotel. There are a few parts that are showing a little wear and tear- the basin in the bathroom was cracked- but for traditional style that harks back to another era, this is the place. This was my second visit and I will definitely go again. The Highland cows outside the entrance are a bonus!

Liked: Close to amenities, quiet location
Disliked: Rooms, though comfortable and spacious, were beginning to look a little ‘tired’, our room had non-working underfloor heating in the bathroom and several cracked/sunken floor tiles, a cracked (but usable) sink.

One night stay

Liked: *The highland coos outside the front of the hotel!! (Not sure if they are related the the hotel but fantastic, love it) *spacious bedrooms and bathroom, with options of a bath and separate shower in our room * quiet and peaceful * staff were friendly and helpful *bedroom and bathroom was clean *location was good in Nairn *made alterations to menu for pretences
Disliked: * decoration in parts of the hotel were dated* limited food options and some of what was on menu they had run out which limited options further

Disliked: Breakfast very basic but not a major complaint

Disliked: Dated. Out of service fire alarm, worn and torn carpets and mould on shower door seals.
