Good place for a stay...

Liked: Comfortable and made to feel welcome.
Disliked: You could hear other guest moving above you.

Liked: Location good. Helpful and friendly staff.Single room was very clean and an excellent size. Bed comfortable.Bottled water both still and fizzy available.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. More options with fruit and yoghurt options would have been good. Coffee from a giant urn was awful and Luke warm.Single room, one tea bag, yet plenty of milk.

Disliked: WiFi a bit sporadic Some areas in need of a bit of tlc but to be fair decorating was on going while we were there so fair play No breakfast (extra) - for price would have expected it to be included Bar not open to residents till 5.30 was a bit of a downer forcing us out when we would have been happy to spend an hour playing pool and having a drink Not made clear to what in the room was included ie water and crisps etc
