Liked: The staff were really welcoming
Disliked: The room was really dirty, there was broken glass on the floor. Dust everywhere, and there were spider webs around the room

Liked: The hotel was clean comfortable and light. The staff were the most friendly, helpful and cheerful that I have met for a long time. My room was spacious the facilities were spotless and welcoming.
Disliked: I loved every minute of my stay.

Great value and better than...

Liked: Far better than we had expected given the cost and some of the reviews. We did get upgraded rooms though. Great location and suited our needs whilst on the West Highland Way. No coach parties there the night we stayed, so that probably makes a difference
Disliked: Might be very different experience if there are lots of coach party guests there

Liked: The hotel is very strange looking in a lovely quaint odd way. The rooms are basic and very comfortable.The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from the station.The staff are always really lovely.
Disliked: 10am check out time

Very good

Liked: Near Loch Lomond and national park. Lovely buffet breakfast each morning. Nice bar area and games room. Lovely surrounding gardens. You can eat either restaurant in evening or couple of Eataries just down the road. Free carpark. Recommend Tyndrum Inn. Lovely place to eat and café just down the road outside hotel. Beautiful places to visit, Scenery and lochs to see.
Disliked: Bedroom door on entry was wedged open so wasn't sure why.Hand Soap in batheroom had broken pump but nothing major as we could have asked for another.
