Disliked: Spa was dirty, changing room were dirty, lockers broken.

Good value and location

Liked: Good location for us whilst we were visiting friends and family. Breakfast was good and items replaced on the buffet promptly when they ran out
Disliked: We had a garden room. Water pressure needs looking at. Shower gets hotter intermittently and definitely needs sorting

Nice relaxing weekend

Liked: Lovely swimming pool, nice room, good food, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Funny smell in the changing rooms. Half bored meals got a bit repetitive. No comfortable seat to sit on in room.

Liked: The restaurant & menu were excellent. We ate there both nights which we have never done before, normally driving to a restaurant outside our hotel.

Disliked: Room was a little disappointing with shower head broken. Despite the fact maintenance had tried to fix it. Had to use an elastic band to hold it in place. Curtains looked sad hanging off their rings, shabby appearance.Also the reception staff did not glance up from their computerwhen we entered and left the hotel. A simple good morning or good evening would have been more welcoming and polite. 2 seconds glance and acknowledgement would have done.
