Lovely hotel, great location

Liked: Always a nice place to stay. Good location. Nice to have a cosy bar area for drinks and coffee downstairs. The artwork is awesome.
Disliked: We arrived at check in time but our room wasn't ready. They were short staffed so we had to leave our bags and come back. It happens sometimes I guess but it's not what you expect from a Hotel of this quality.

No sleep for 4 nights

Liked: Comfy bed. Location
Disliked: Air con noisy with no ability to change settings. Kept awake all night, and if turned off it was stuffy. No sofa, and when asked they delivered a dirty table chair. Housekeeping late every day...4.30pm
