Liked: staff were pleasant
Disliked: 3/4 of an hour late to get to our room and nothing was offered not pointed to a cup of coffee glass of wine nothing second Reception with a function to go to shortly after and we couldn’t get into our room

Liked: Great location in the city, close to amenities
Disliked: bed wasn't very comfortable, pool was shut for maintenance, which we were only informed of at check-in, shower leaked water all over bathroom floor

Great location near downtown

Liked: Fantastic downtown location. Lovely pool and amazing art collection.
Disliked: Carpet in room was worn. Couch was uncomfortable. And 2 bedroom suite was very small.

Liked: Really comfy bed, quirky Hotel, Staff were excellent and the location in Wellington is superb.
Disliked: Initially had a room that looked directly into the gym meaning we needed to keep our curtains closed. We advised the front desk that we weren’t happy with our room and they immediately changed it without issue

Liked: Staff were great and a lovely chocolate centrepiece for my daughter’s graduation.
Disliked: The shower tap fell off. The toilet roll hanger was on an angle and needed rescrewing. The couch in the lounge was small and very uncomfortable. It was more like a chez lounge. The 2 bedroom apartment could have been far more comfortable. Very basic.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The water from the shower flowed across the bathroom floor and was only stopped by laying down a wall of towels.

Perfect stay, enjoyed everything.

Liked: Excellent customer service at reception, and upgraded to a spacious and tasteful one bedroom apartment. Absolutely perfect.
Disliked: Maybe some hooks in the bathroom, to hang towels, in the interests of sustainability.
