Accomodation with fine art -...

Liked: Close to central city. Loved the art works. Very special
Disliked: Not so sure about parking in an open space in the Te Papa car park. Not very secureNote for their information the electric jug in room 507 didn’t work. Forgot to mention on leaving

A superb hotel. Highly recommended....

Liked: Super size bath for two, copious hot water, lovely power shower. Comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Excellent central location. Quirky decor, different to other hotels. Highly recommended
Disliked: One lift was out of order. There were no stairs. So guests reliant on one lift for access which unfortunately caused delays. It would have been a good idea for a clothes airer to have been provided in the bedroom to dry the bath towels to avoid asking for replacements each day simply because they were not dry

Would stay again.

Liked: Really great location and amazing art work through the whole place, bar area beautiful and great drinks selection. Everything really clean, fab black out curtains! Super quiet from a street noise point of view, despite central location.
Disliked: Sauna out of action, one lift broken for duration of stay. Pool area although clean, seemed quite dated. The rooms were quirky but very dark. Noisy aircon.

Disliked: The lift was out of order for 2 days and the sauna likewise… no discount.
