Recommended place to stay, central...

Liked: Central location for what we needed to do in Wellington
Disliked: Nothingver

A bit disappointing

Liked: Great location and excellent room, spotlessly clean
Disliked: Inexperienced staff who were not supported although clearly learning. 2 cocktails ordered on Saturday afternoon and the bar staff member had no idea what she was doing. $44 and we couldn't drink either of them. Would have complained but she was run off her feet. Also $50 per day parking was excessive

Communication could be better

Disliked: Trying to communicate with staff before arrival was almost impossible

Disliked: Service was slow and frustrating, and not polite or welcoming. Hotel decor etc was tired. Not best value for money.

Disliked: The apartment interior was tired, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and it seemed the apartment was not checked for previously missing items or damage

Disliked: Poor quality staff. Too junior with a lack of training. Breakfast was poor quality.
