Liked: This is my favorite hotel in St John's. It is immaculate. Beds are comfortable rooms are nice. Service is impressive.

Liked: The room was very nice. Clean. Nice layout. Plenty of room. Lived the brick wall and the open stuff concept. The line and the breakfast was really good. The coffee muffins fresh fruit. All great.
Disliked: The water pipes or the vents. Not sure but it was making a squealing nice all night. Just loud enough to annoy us. Around 6 am. It was so loud it woke us up and continued for hours. Didn't like that. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Very tippy. Said it was a queen but I don't think it was. Only for the life loud pipes in the morning. I'd stay there again.

Liked: The entire place is beautiful, quiet, and rustic. The room was huge, the bathroom was amazing and the heated floor was unexpected and great for getting out of the shower.
Disliked: Literally the only gripe we had was the super cold ac in the elevator, seemed unnecessary in February.

Liked: The ambience of the building and the friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The slanted ceiling in the fourth floor hallway and room made the available space for mobility seem confined or limited, especially for tall people. And the lighting was dull. Otherwise, all amenities, including the complimentary breakfast, and other services exceeded our expectations.
