Perfect place to stay while visiting Murphys area - great staff; comfy rooms and beds; kitchenettes were a plus.

Liked: Great staff. Nice location. I like the lobby and the decorating. Plenty of parking . A quiet location.
Disliked: Its time for n ew mattresses. Putting foam pad over old mattress does not work. We have been there 7-10 times as a guest. Not a good sleep.I noticed the mattress this time. And maybe upgrade the TV.

Liked: We got an early check-in with no problem. Our room was very large and clean. I will absolutely stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing I can say bad was the pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

Good One Night Stop While...

Liked: No breakfast but they provide good donuts in morning (would rather have that than terrible continental breakfast) delivered to the door, easy parking lot, staff was very nice with recommendations for local spots. It is what you want from a lower budget location stop while traveling - clean, easy, didn't have any issues with noise.
Disliked: Rooms are slightly dated with fewer electrical outlets and OK bedding, but it's what you should expect for this type of property.

Wonderful that it is so...

Liked: Location was convenient and spacious. Liked the hot tub and sauna and lounge areas.
Disliked: The nearby breakfast and dinner options are closed on weekdays.

Happy with everything except check...

Liked: Donuts breakfast is ok, location is safe and quiet.
Disliked: We was upset when Check in with staff. She ignored when she saw us standing up and said hello at front desk. We thought her ears had problem because we said "hello" 3 times, she didn't show up but she moved behind the door to continue folding bedsheets so i shouted "hello". That time she heard me. When i answered her questions, i noticed her ears normal because she heard with my soft voice. Can you ask her what happen? She didn't like we stay your hotel? She didn't welcome any customers? Doesn't she like her postion/job?
