It's a comfortable little home...

Liked: As always, the staff really make this place. I wasn't clear when I booked and chose a non-pet room by accident and the gentleman at the front desk was cheerful while he called to get clearance to make my problem go away. There was no hassle or fuss or making me feel at fault. Very customer oriented and friendly. The room isn't anything fancy but it's comfortable and always very clean. All the basic amenities plus some nice touches like 'spill rags because life happens'.

We really enjoyed Estes Park...

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Murphy’s River Lodge. It’s very close walking distance to downtown shopping, bars, and restaurants. There’s a continental breakfast offered every morning from 7 AM to 10 AM. The front desk staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was also very clean.
Disliked: It is an older property, could use some updating.
