Lovely accommodation with attentive staff...

Liked: Great location. We had a King with fireplace and river view. Very charming. Exceptionally clean! Staff was very welcoming and efficient.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all wonderful!

It's a comfortable little home...

Liked: As always, the staff really make this place. I wasn't clear when I booked and chose a non-pet room by accident and the gentleman at the front desk was cheerful while he called to get clearance to make my problem go away. There was no hassle or fuss or making me feel at fault. Very customer oriented and friendly. The room isn't anything fancy but it's comfortable and always very clean. All the basic amenities plus some nice touches like 'spill rags because life happens'.
