Liked: The location of the hotel was exceptional 3min walking to the metro station in a great area not very far from The middle of Paris.

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: The property was easy to find, clean and welcoming. It was super small which may be a bit uncomfortable for larger families but great for a few nights as a solo traveler or a couple. The rooms come with beautiful windows that lead to the street and I had no issues with outside sounds coming in. This hotel was also very close to the metro station so super convenient for getting around the city. It was a great place to stay.
Disliked: The rooms are super close together so I would often hear my neighbors. It wasn’t unbearable but I definitely woke up started one night because of loud noises coming from around me.

Liked: Nothing. The service is pathetic
Disliked: 1. The staff were very rude, I did the reservation for my wife using my account and her name was mentioned clearly, still they denied her check in just because they couldn’t care to read the reservation document properly. 2. I asked for an early check in but that was denied by email and by the reservation desk claiming that check in is at 2 pm yet when it was time for check in that got delayed and check in was not done before 3 pm. 3. My wife paid for a small bottle of wine twice using her debit card because they claimed that the first payment didn’t go through although we got an sms proving payment from my bank, when we asked for a refund they kept telling us wait for 4 days then they said that there is nothing they could do. 4. We asked for the manager whom was never around and apparently is also the owner. Kind of family run business.5. Housekeeping was superficial and the room was never cleaned properly during the entire stay. 6. The rooms are really small and the walls are very thin, one could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. 7. The heating system is poor and the room was generally cold.8. The safety deposit box did not work and we couldn’t use it.9. The location is close to the bus station but it’s far from places of interests and the neighborhood is residential rather than live or touristic10. I would have checked out after the first day but that was not possible because the entire stay was prepaid and they denied refunds.10. I will never go back there and certainly do not recommend it to anyone.

It is under renovation but...

Liked: Very close to the PSG Handball hall. Good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: I think while the hotel is under renovation and lot of workers makes their job must not be open. It was dirt, garbage, noise.There was no Warning to this situation at the reserve.. After that, the rest doesn't matter.

Disappointing and uncomfortable

Liked: It’s close to the PSG football stadium
Disliked: The hotel was very noisy, we were up all night. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we couldn’t not sleep at all. The room was small and outdated.
