Nice hotel on the waterfront

Liked: Clean, modern, nice restaurant
Disliked: For the price, they should restock things like tea bags and coffee pods if used. Very odd bar…it is locked and you have to “find it.” They are trying for a secret speakeasy vibe but it is kind of odd and likely keeps people from coming. The drinks were good though.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, a...

Liked: The building is beautiful and modern. Our rooms were clean with luxury linens and furnishings. The spa is gorgeous and well kept. The location is perfect for access to everything Halifax has to offer. The views from the rooms are stunning.
Disliked: The place is overpriced. There were many additional fees over the stated price but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It just put the price over the top. Oran, a front desk staff member, knew his city well and was proactive in making sure we had information on local sites and restaurants. The other staff were less knowledgeable and far less attentive.
