Lovely relaxing stay

Liked: The spa, the entrance and the decor downstairs, the decor in the room, the mattress comfort, big shower, the area close to the Killarney national park, loved the outdoor jacuzzi, friendly staff 10/10
Disliked: Cleanliness - there were black hair in the shower on walls and on the toilet, some things were broken at the spa, iron burn in the carpet, breakfast wasn’t 5 star - watery eggs, tasteless, no dairy free butter. The gym was something else and not open until 9am, one box room with 4 pieces of equipment and wrongly numbered weights. Gym can max hold 2 people

Liked: Spa was out of this world, the outdoor hot tub was amazing really was the cherry on top. The food and drink in the monks lounge was outstanding.

Liked: Location relative to the park was good. Hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel itself is dated, both the rooms and common areas need refurbishment. A number of facilities in the spa were broken and unavailable. They also turned our key off before checkout time and while this may have been a mistake on their part it was not properly acknowledged nor resolved to my satisfaction.
