A Lovely Place in an...

Liked: This was our 10th trip to Italy but the first time in Bologna. We just loved this city. Mua (on Via De Coltellini) was exceptional as was the Manager, Uberto. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms were well furnished, clean and well suited our needs. Cleaning and breakfast staff were also very friendly and professional. Mua is centrally located to everything. You don't really need the bus unless going to or from the train station (taxis are also plentiful and relatively inexpensive). Being our first time in Bologna, Uberto provided us with all the information on places to see and things to do in this wonderful city, especially pointing out the small train up to San Luca and the Canale on Via Piella, both must-sees. While we are not really breakfast people, we did not eat breakfast at Mua and Uberto pointed out a couple cafes close by. Bar Felicity, across the main street from Mua was very good for croissants, coffee and tea. This first visit to Bologna certainly exceeded our expectations, as did Mua, and we hope to return at some point to do more exploring of the region around Bologna.Barry and Sherry

Great place to stay highly...

Liked: Good location, incredibly helpful and supportive host Uberto, clean, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Layout of hotel meant if breakfast was being prepared early then it was very noisy for the room close to the breakfast area

Give me mua

Liked: The place is quiet but in the centre of Bologna. Umberto is the ideal host: charming, respectful and always helpful.
Disliked: All was perfect.

Great value for money

Liked: Uberto is extremely friendly. The rooms were exactly like the photos, the location is great, very close to the main attractions.
Disliked: We missed a place to hang the towels.
