Liked: The amazing woman that was working the front end. She is extremely attentive and personable. For her alone I would recommend it.

A solid option when traveling...

Liked: This has become our go to place to rest our heads when make the trip from PA to visit family in FL. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, and at a very reasonable price. Coffee in the morning is a nice bonus! There are some dicey motels in the area but this is not one of them. We've stayed here about 8 times and consider it a gem!
Disliked: I wish there was a place within walking distance for some late night snacks, but that has nothing to do with the quality of Mt. Rose.

Liked: It was exactly what my kids and I needed for the night on our long trip. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was wonderful and welcoming!

Liked: simple but clean and comfortable very reasonably priced accommodations. was great for us for 1 night traveling through.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice and clean.
Disliked: You are forced to only watch direct TV. No other options are considered. Mattress felt like box spring. No coffee or microwave in room. I had to go to the lobby and brew the communal coffee pot myself.

Liked: Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked? This hotel star status is deceiving. It is a beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Clean, and updated. This was the first time I ever stayed at a hotel and the price was way below what was being offered. Loved this hotel and would return again.
Disliked: I didn't like that that star rating was only two. It deserves a much higher rating that that. I wish it had breakfast, Tea. They did offer Coffee though.
