The stay at Mt. Olympus...

Liked: No breakfast was served/offered!
Disliked: The facilities seemed run down, beds didn’t seem were crisp clean, but previously utilized. No options for night lighting or dimming, too bright or no lights. Booked a one bed and received a two bed room. The space in the room did not seem efficiently designed. The walls were too thin and heard the noise and run around of people in other rooms and outside-it sounded as if either kids or other people were stumping in room above and the hallway outside.

Liked: Staff was super friendly everywhere! Best bang for your buck! Beds were comfy!
Disliked: Pools are cold but 1 hot tub is hot and it's adult only.. Have to use a tube when in the lazy river. Our floor seemed soft/squishy like layed laminate over carpet.

Disappointing check in process and...

Liked: My family and I. Enjoyed the water park.
Disliked: This is my first time at Mt. Olympus and the check-in process was very disappointing and very inconvenient, along with the conference room that I booked. I was sent back and forth to the hotel and the check in place after checking in my 8 rooms to get my conference room. It was not a busy day for your staff to have me go back and forth or to even not know how this process works. I finally get the kay card to the conference room after running around just to get to the there and there are bees and ladybugs flying all over the place. I requested a refund and was told all they can do is have house keeping clean it. This is 4 pm now, my family and I got to Mt Olympus at 12pm. The process took basically a total of 4 hours. I bought decorations to set up for my 6 years old birthday and a cake for her to blow and guess what, we did none of that due to the bugs and how late it was already. This was a waste of money And time. Your staffs need to work on their customer service skills. You all need to remember that your occupation deals with Family's coming trying to enjoy their time. I would expect the staff to be more friendly and to know how to do their jobs. My family and I will never come back to this place again.

Liked: Everything was in walking distance.
Disliked: Wish it had breakfast, I’d pay a little more for breakfast. How I had to walk outside to get to the theme park even if it’s short lived. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE HAIR CLIP IN MY BED THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO SLEEP IN. Absolutely disgusting and felt as if my sheets weren’t washed or changed or anything. Hardwood floor in rooms make it harder for kids. They slip so easily and if ur gonna have hardwood then u should put a broom in each room so its easy to clean up messes on carpet u dont feel the mess but hardwood u pick up everything with ur feet.

Disliked: Originally we were content with our stay until our wristbands were shut off at 8:30am WHILE WE WERE NOT IN OUR ROOM! So first we call the front desk and they send housekeeping. 30 mins later housekeeping comes and their “universal” keycard wouldn’t work either. Our friends have the room next door so we go in there, go out to the balcony to see if we can unlock that door, she also has no key for that. She has to call maintenance. Maintenance comes 20 mins later (after a second call to the office). He tells us THERE IS NO MASTER KEY FOR THE OUTSIDE DOORS. So I will be writing a public review because how insane is that?! There is no way to get down from the balcony other than to climb down. The amount of time we had to wait was outrageous. We weren’t able to leave for breakfast until after 10am. We will not be back.

Disliked: There was many disturbances with other guests in the building. Kids screaming and running through the halls all night long, people would knock on my door and run off, and people were blaring music all night long
