Pleasant

Liked: The indoor pool and indoor theme park. The room was decent. The kiddos loved the bunk beds. The TV was small for the room. They have a wristband that is also the room key, so make sure you have working bands or at least one working band.
Disliked: I didn't like how the hallways/ stairs were dirty, but there's a lot of people it would be kinda hard to keep them clean. There was a lady who threw up in the pool area and I had to bring it to the lifeguards attention even though there were 3 standing there. I also didn't like how the entry door to the building was missing the key hole slot and was open. So anybody can walk right in without needing anything to get in the building. I also didn't like no coffee pot but they do offer Starbucks in select locations. There's separate buildings for everything check in, room, theme, and Waterpark. Unless you stay at rome it's all separate buildings.

Liked: The water park and theme park were attached to facility
Disliked: We had to move 3 different buildings the first building the heating element smelled so bad you couldn’t sit in room. The second building the sheets were stained and finally the third facility was decent

Disliked: Didn't like had to keep going to different places to do things. The beds were horrible.
