Liked: Unique, friendly metropolitan atmosphere. Staff was polite, unpretentious and helpful. Room are great for single business travelers especially. I would stay again.

Disliked: Tiny room but we already knew about it.They also charged a deposit and didn't let me know about it beforehand. As a first time visitor in the US - and my first stay- I'm not used to giving deposits for hotels (I didn't know such thing existed) as this never happened to me in Europe or Asia where I usually travel. Not the hotel's fault of course but they are obligated to inform the customer about it, especially foreigners.

Liked: The location is amazing and the staff was nice and pleasant
Disliked: but we got a tiny room with not enough towels and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The room was tiny with a view to the parking lot where people were shouting throughout the night.

Exceptional

Overall, a nice stay!

Liked: The staff were really friendly, especially Crystal! Great location and great walkable to many places in DC from the Mall to the White House and museums.
Disliked: We were told room service would come to make our beds but did not and I found hair in the sheets. We stayed over NYE which was nice as the hotel had different events occurring but information advertised was a bit misleading.
