Great location, comfortable room but...

Liked: Great location, room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The reception area was poorly staffed and there was no coffee/hot water readily made at any point during our stay. Also the lack of a real blanket on the bed was not preferred.

Cute Rooms, Crappy Service

Liked: The room was nice, but it wasn't the one I booked. They gave that room away. The location was good. It was a ten-minute drive from the museums.
Disliked: I arrived early and asked if I could check in early. I was told that they were cleaning my room. After two hours, I was told they were short-staffed and my room wouldn't be ready until after my check-in time. I left for three hours. When I returned, my room was still not prepared. I had booked a room with a view of the city. I didn't get that room because they had given it to someone else.
