Liked: The hotel has a nice design and the rooms are generally comfortable. Unfortunately, the showerhead in my room was broken, and the bed sheets kept slipping off during the night, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the stay was okay. However, the biggest downside was the attitude of the staff – they were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. Given that Austria is often ranked among the least friendly countries in the world, I suppose it shouldn’t have come as too much of a surprise.
