Liked: Friendly staff, rooms clean and towels bathroom cleaned each day.
Disliked: Rooms were compact, not much clothes hanging space. No facitilies in room for tea or coffee.Breakfast not much choice when we went down.I am vegan and noticed only fruit and milk were available. Bread had milk in it, there were no baked beans or mushrooms for a bigger breakfast for me.Toaster broke so was not able to have toast that day.

I really liked the hotel,...

Liked: I like the design and the amount of places that there are to chill. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The gym is FAR too small and it was really inconvenient to not have a kettle in the room at least, if not a small coffee machine. Also renting a bike was more than double what it was to rent in the city. Hotels in my experience should have complimentary bike rentals. Also, the central heating in the rooms was EXTREMELY loud and on at all times.

Liked: Only had 1 breakfast on our last day there. Was very disappointed. The cooked food ( scrambled egg, baked beans, chicken sausage ) was cold . Very few bread rolls available. Only a little cucumber and a big bowl of tomatoes - very poor for such an expensive breakfast .
Disliked: Wish we’d been told on checking in that , as residents, we could have a free tea or coffee anytime. Took a few days to discover this. Also found our bed mattress was pretty uncomfortable .
