Rude night manager, an hour...

Disliked: Rude night manager , very unhelpful as the booking was not on his screen. Rather than being helpful (it’s not like he was rushed off his feet at 2am). The error for him not having information was not his fault , and said it’s not the hotel sale, and he won’t be able to help. Overcharged. We had our dogs with us for one night, yet was charged for the duration of our stay. Rude and argumentative manager at now 3am , we were extremely exhausted from his unhelpful behaviour. He would not give me my room until I paid the inflated charge for the dogs. Because he was so rude and argumentative, he never established how long the dogs were staying and would not let me speak with his pedantic attitude . @moxy @marriot does this person meet your brand values ? Re train or dismiss, very poor and from being a regular customer we have not been back since

Liked: Great modern property with cool artwork and an up to date touch.
Disliked: The smell in the room mainly bathroom of like bad drains…. Was very slight but could smell it, as soon as the shower was used smell went immediately.
