Disliked: I booked a standard room and was booked into a disability room as they said that the room I had booked they didnt have any left. The disability room bathroom was absolutely disgusting and wasnt cleaned. This isnt my first time staying here but this experience has made me not want to go back.

Liked: Central location perfect, right next to multi storey car park. Loved the trendy decor and the chic bar/dining room. Food was very nice. Wine was a reasonable price.
Disliked: No clear instructions how to work the air conditioning. Couldn’t get it to cool. The instructions said ‘to cool switch off and open the window’

Amazing hotel for a great...

Liked: Loved how close it was to west quay and a short walk to the ocean cruise terminal. Check in was so easy and the hotel surprised us with a decorated room and more as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Would absolutely stay here again!
