Great shower but FREEZING COLD...
Liked: Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, 24hr bar/reception
Disliked: We had 3 rooms and it was a cold night, on arrival the rooms were very very cold, we put heating on and it only ever went up one degree, couldn’t even get the temperature above 18, we had a young toddler in one of the rooms too so was very concerned. We were told by reception that head office hadn’t switched to winter heating yet, great for head office to save a buck and let paying clients shiver because that’s what we did do, kept our coats on in bed, 2 electric heaters were supplied finally, the room with the toddler could only have them on for a short while because if the baby were to touch it she would have got burnt as they were extreme hot to touch when turned on. The room without a rad was freezing through the night and in the morning. We always stay at Premier Inn when we cruise which is 2-3 times a year and whilst they might not be as full on as you at least the rooms are heated. I don’t blame the hotel staff I blame head office trying to save a few pounds whilst charging the customer for extremely cold rooms I really think we should have our money returned especially for the baby room One thing I forgot to mention in the good parts were that the shower was great. Will you be refunding us? I doubt it as if you are too tight to heat your rooms I wouldn’t imagine you care about your paying clients who expected to be warm.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: Small carpark facilities, if you didn’t get a space you were having to pay for multistory Pillows were horrendous and also was awoken at 4:30am by what I can assume was the bin men and then a couple hours later by the builders continuing work in the car park Service at bar was terrible (30 mins for 4 drinks including having to pay for them) Breakfast was rubbish (overcooked pastries, stale hashbrowns and horrendous quality of food) Poor customer service in general. We wasn’t asked how our stay was. I have contacted them via 2 email address over a week ago and no response.

Liked: Great vibes!
Disliked: Sound insulation between floors seemed unusually poor for the average hotel. I could hear my upstairs neighbour walking around the room in the morning.
