Liked: The rooms are different the overall aesthetic of hotel was different, unique and i loved it. I ate from the Thai restaurant and the food was delicious. The guy at checkin was soo sweet, and the male bartender. Exceptional service
Disliked: The female bartender was so rude! She could've easily ruined my experience. The room didnt have any washcloths, called front desk and the referred me to the stash closet. The one on my floor didnt have any so i had to go to the second floor to get some.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in and interactions pleasant. The lobby decor was also cute and stylish, adding a fun and trendy atmosphere to the common areas. Location is great walking distance to a lot of cute shops and food places.
Disliked: The biggest issue was the noise; the walls were extremely thin, and we could hear everything from conversations to TVs to couples being intimate. Even with the provided sound machine and earplugs, it was difficult to sleep. The room itself was uncomfortable, with concrete floors and ceilings that made it freezing cold. The bedding was thin, and we had to blast the heater just to feel warm. Which then got too hot. Overall hard to control temperature. Additionally, the room lacked amenities-there was no mini fridge, no complimentary water, and no snack bar downstairs, which would have been really helpful. There were also lighting issues, as the entry light was connected to an ambient light, making it too bright when we wanted a dimmer setting. Additionally, some of the lights weren’t working when we arrived. The room was very small, which wouldn’t have been a huge issue if the stay had been more pleasant, but combined with everything else, it made the experience less enjoyable.
