Excellent Location

Liked: Super walkable location, the staff was super friendly, rooms are very small but are clean.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the shower
Disliked: It was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. The walls are so thin we could hear all the talking and banging in the hallways and all the party people (drunks) outside. Very hard to sleep.

Liked: Booked through booking.com for 1 price, and was charged $70 more by hotel. Hotel commited fraud.

The place is beautiful, but...

Liked: I love the property, great location lots of cool stuff inside to look at. And the rooms were a lot of fun.
Disliked: There’s really nothing I didn’t like about the property however, the staff is another question. The gentleman that I first spoke with when I checked in was absolutely amazing very personable, outgoing, friendly, helpful. Now and the opposite, and the person checking us out in the morning was everything I stated about the first gentleman, but the opposite. Extremely frustrating and unfortunately, I left a bad taste in my mouth.
