The entire stay was ruined...

Liked: Good location for a concert I was attending. Fun vibe.
Disliked: I paid almost 450 euros for a room that normally costs 150 euros, due to some conference that was going on nearby. Ridiculous. Also, tiny pillows on the bed, three of four English channels on the TV did not work.

Good for a few days,...

Liked: Location is very good, site and room furniture and atmosphere are good, staff are very friendly and helpful.The location also has a gym room and easily usable parking (which is special in Munich). Via the underground car park you can also access a shopping center.During my weekend stay (Friday to Monday) I attended Vintage Computing Festival Europe in Berg am Laim, this is very well reachable from there.Moxy is a brand of Marriott, there is one really close. So if you want to use another restaurant you can go over there.General observations:(+) The cold water is nicely cold, the hot water is nicely hot.(+) There is no wait to be able to shower, even in the morning, the temperature is immediately right. (This is special, many other hotels are not as good.)(+) The bed itself is firm, the bed linnen is very good, clean and comfortable.(+) WiFi works well(+) In-room TV pairing for audio and video streaming works well(+) Moxy offer a tasty welcome cocktail (and have options for alcoholic/non-alcoholic variants)(o/+) Moxy provide still water at no charge in the room. Nice! But Munich has excellent and neutral-tasting tap water. In my opinion instead of providing tetra-paks a simple empty re-usable bottle would be better, maybe even with Marriott/moxy branding. Without fridge, the still water in the tetrapak also gets warm, whereas the tap water was always very nicely fresh (and tasted great).
Disliked: Unfortunately there are maintenance issues. I stayed in three different rooms, and every single one had problems:- Check-in Friday room 326: at night the LED lighting of the mirror started flickering. As a temporary measure the hotel manager on duty turned off the fuse for it. Unfortunately the issue did not get fixed the following day (Saturday). Turning this light off makes the room too dark, so I got an offer to move to...- Room 335: This is a room suitable for wheelchair users, so it is larger. Unfortunately even with the airco running on the same setting as in 326 it was very hot and humid in the room. It only got a bit cooler when I turned off the airco and opened the window, but because this room goes to the street side this is not an option to sleep in. Additional note: This room has one light less than the others I was in, and the bathroom has one towel hanger less. I asked for a different room and got into...- Room 408: This one should surely be completely OK! Unfortunately it is not: the airco seemed to work (but less good than in 326), but the light behind the bed did not work. I also noticed one of the two USB charging ports (at the TV) was broken. Initially the light under the TV was not on, culprit was a turned-off fuse in the fuse box. Also one of the five hangers is broken (the trouser part is loose), and the shower strip was very loose (I clicked it into place).General observations:- Rooms are not suitable for longer stays: table is too small for work (not enough space to open a laptop and sit comfortably at it), no wardrobe, not really enough space for 2 people (five hangers?).- There is no safe and no fridge. (At least a communal fridge would be good!)- There are no hangers for (winter/rain) coats behind the door. (There is space for it.)- Input for the designers of the next Moxy: The shower head rail is mounted in the center of the shower, so I had to twist myself to be under the shower head or tilt it sideways.
