Superb

Liked: Booked a room for Valentine’s Day - Upon arrival, the room was decorated with petals and chocolate which was a really lovely touch. Everything was super clean and tidy, the staff were so welcoming and walking distance to The Hub for food and drinks. - No complaints whatsoever, loved our stay.
Disliked: Nothing, a great stay.

It’s was average.

Liked: The location was brilliant & the cleanness was nice I also liked that you made is nice and welcoming for valentines which I requested
Disliked: The staff on reception who greeted us was just overall rude she was definitely no welcoming at all. You are meant to receive a complementary drink on arrival which she did not offer we only heard this from the other guests being checked in next to us. She was very unhelpful unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was short with blonde hair. I also didn’t like that the room above us was playing loud music & shouting until 9am in the morning which made us unable to sleep at all
