Great time!

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a great pool.

Exceptional

Liked: Great Miami vibe and facilities in the hotel. Beautiful views from the rooftop. Very friendly staff. Will come back definitely.
Disliked: The pool was big but it wasn't heated so couldn't enjoy it as the day of my arrival it was cloudy all day.

Overpriced

Liked: The reception area is beautiful
Disliked: Very basic room and lack of facilities for the price of the hotel, unfortunately the bedside table and bedding had something gross on them too

We overall enjoyed the stay...

Liked: great location, cute ambiance, very friendly staff, pool, towels for the beach, nice roof top, quiet, safe deposit box, clean, convenient lounge/work area
Disliked: shower was broken, staff couldn't answer one single question (transportation, restaurant/cafe/bar recommendations, where to go for sunset, etc.), room was on the smaller side with no place to store a suitcase, A/C difficult to regulate so that it wasn't too cold in the room, breakfast should have been included for the price of the room

Disliked: One fly in the ointment- a miserable female bartender letting the team down She shouldn’t work in hospitality if it makes her that negative

Very good

Liked: Great vibe, comfort and amenities. Decently equipped gym and very good location.
Disliked: Average staff, not very helpful and pretty obvious with just wanting to see you gone. Surprising hidden charges on the bill, for amenities nobody asked for or intended to use whatsoever.

Overall a nice hotel but...

Liked: Enjoyed the "Love Island" type vibes at the pool and the rooftop. The service at the pool was great, but the rooftop bar not so much. The location as far as walking distance to things was good. I liked the two beach chairs that were included and the free bike rentals. Beds are very comfortable. The price for what you get is very reasonable. Free coffee in the lobby was helpful since everything is so expensive in Miami! The cookie place next door is really good!!
Disliked: Don't like that you need to walk down an alley to get to the front door. Front desk staff not very friendly. Rooms are really way too small, well appointed but just too small. The pool was bone chilling cold despite a beautiful sunny week in the low 80s.
