Liked: Place was a cool vibe as expected, lots of different spots around the hotel to chill and relax. Pool area was great.
Disliked: The bar staff at Serena was not very helpful about getting drink for the pool.

Liked: The property was very nice.
Disliked: . Although it was probably one of the best roof top views and poolsThere were very seldom towels in the bins. The roof top table service never worked so had to go downstairs to get drinks during the day. The room was Lea. Except the mirror in the actual room. The thermostat could not be turned down lower than 68 so was not very cool. Condensation dripping from bathroom exhaust fan was concerning. In the middle of the night while up for a bathroom break water dripped from vent on my head.

Exceptional

Liked: Great Miami vibe and facilities in the hotel. Beautiful views from the rooftop. Very friendly staff. Will come back definitely.
Disliked: The pool was big but it wasn't heated so couldn't enjoy it as the day of my arrival it was cloudy all day.

Overpriced

Liked: The reception area is beautiful
Disliked: Very basic room and lack of facilities for the price of the hotel, unfortunately the bedside table and bedding had something gross on them too

We overall enjoyed the stay...

Liked: great location, cute ambiance, very friendly staff, pool, towels for the beach, nice roof top, quiet, safe deposit box, clean, convenient lounge/work area
Disliked: shower was broken, staff couldn't answer one single question (transportation, restaurant/cafe/bar recommendations, where to go for sunset, etc.), room was on the smaller side with no place to store a suitcase, A/C difficult to regulate so that it wasn't too cold in the room, breakfast should have been included for the price of the room
