Great location, lovely hotel, comfy...

Liked: Location, kind staff, comfy bed, free drink coupon in arrives.
Disliked: 2 Uber taxis cancelled on me couldn’t get to the hotel but then again it could be due to traffic, timing and weekend.Also the mugs in the room were marked with tea/coffee rings inside ☺️

Liked: Location! It was perfect spot, everything we needed to do was within easy walking distance, restaurants bars and shops all on your doorstep. We stayed at The Lowry last time we visited, this location was so much better. Beds were incredibly comfortable and black out curtains were a bonus. Slept so well.
Disliked: Not enough milk sachets so unable to make more than 1 drink! We stayed two nights and the towels and bed were not made or changed until after 5pm, so we had no clean towels to use and no phones in room to contact reception. Never had this before. Also TV was not working on first day which we told room service but no one came fix it.

Liked: I did think that the breakfast was included ( as it says in your information) but we were told that we would have to pay for it, which was dissapointing, so we went next door and got a bacon buttie.
Disliked: As above, clearer info via yourselves and booking .com

Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. Bed was comfy. Staff were great.
Disliked: Cleanliness - some pee stains and pubic hairs under the toilet seat and the room generally could be cleaner considering the cost to stay.
