Excellent location, great staff, comfortable,...

Liked: We travelled to Manchester for cataract operation at Optical Express, and to revisit places I used to work at decades ago. Moxy and the wonderful staff (‘Crew’) were perfect! The Crew were extremely friendly and accommodating at all times during the visit, notably in changing our room to one with a walk-in shower as my husband is disabled. The bed was very comfy & love the sliding door on the shower. Breakfast was very tasty. Specific shout-outs to Emily & Mara, and everyone behind the bar! Ps, the ground floor lockers are a fantastic idea, thank you.
Disliked: Picky point-it would have been really helpful to extend the tea point unit across under the TV as we found we were using the floor to put things on (the bedside cabinet by the window was taken up with my eye drops etc after operation on the day of arrival). Neither of us have good backs so it was a challenge, but the whole experience was great otherwise.

Liked: Great value location in the heart of the city. Walked and caught public transport the whole trip. Felt safe coming home in the evening. Friendly staff, good size room with small touches to make the most of the space such as full length mirror, coat hanging wall and in built shelf/chair.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, breakfast, extremely comfortable bed, the room was large and had a nice view.
Disliked: For the price, free water, wine glasses and more snacks in the room would have been nice.
