Great facility - but will...

Liked: This hotel is very clean and modern, great location to stay.
Disliked: Despite multiple attempts with both the hotel and my credit card company to get it resolved, I was charged $100 more that I was supposed to be charged for a queen room instead of a King. I originally booked a King room for one night for $241 and was charged $340 for a Queen room. It's really disappointing to have had a great stay, but have been charged such a drastically different amount for no additional services and a smaller bed. After calling the general manager twice and emailing her twice with no resolve, I cannot recommend anyone stay here.

Liked: The location was great, close to alot of eateries and not to far from the stores. I stayed at the Moxy to attend a wedding at the Tinman which was located right behind the hotel. So close very convenient.
Disliked: The food offerings at the bar were much to be desired for dinner... very odd offerings that were not that great. It would be nice if the menu was enhanced to offer better food. The valet parking that was offered was extremely overpriced and when I enquired about the non-valet parking the information given was not accurate. My other complaint was that there was not enough storage only a few hangers and one drawer under each bed.

Liked: Very nice workers, clean, fun atmosphere.
Disliked: There wasn’t any place to sit in the room. It would be a nice to have a little couch underneath the TV or something. Also, the bed wasn’t super comfortable.

Nice for a single night

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Neat, trendy atmosphere. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Room was clean.The room is very plain, so if you are looking for a microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker in the room, that was not included. However, there was complimentary coffee by the front desk and you received a drink chip you could use for a latte, or certain drinks at the bar. I only stayed 1 night as I attended a show so I was fine with this.Hotel has valet parking available. I parked in a parking garage behind the hotel for less than half the cost of valet.
Disliked: I took me a few minutes to find where to check in because of where I entered the hotel, but otherwise everything was great!

Disliked: Extremely small room…. No room amenities at all. An ice bucket, luggage rack or storage, room safe, mini fridge are basics. Just couldn’t get over how small the room was
