Location for venue was excellent. Hotel staff friendly enough.

Didn't spend a lot of time at hotel but was nice with friendly staff, nice room and very comfy bed and pillows. Just couldn't get them lifts to work.

Liked: Beds/pillows; shower; overall impression.
Disliked: Lifts.

Great hotel. Friendly, pleasant staff....

Liked: Central location
Disliked: Parking was reasonable if we kept our car there all the time (Moxy gave us a ticket which meant it was only £12 to park in SECC for 24 hours) but SECC charged £12 every time we left the car park which was a pain, however, we appreciate it is difficult to find reasonable parking in the centre of Glasgow

Overall it was not bad.

Liked: Good breakfast. Friendly staff
Disliked: I did not know that the parking was in the back of the hotel and i had to pay 12 pounds every time I had to use the parking. Very inconvenient and extra cost which i was not aware of. I thought there was onsite parking.

brilliant

Liked: there was stuff for the kids to do they loved it and loved sitting having a wee drink while they played with stuff use had set up not sure if it was just cause disney on ice was on or all the time but it was great as we went to disney on ice next morning handy being right next to the place. parking was a nightmare that was the worst part about the trip and long cues in the roads
Disliked: everything was great. breakfast was great pancake machine was broken for a wee bit but kids loved them when it got sorted. the bed where comfy for one night was a few marks on the sheets but partfrom that it was k staff where very friendly and lovely and place was great
