Location for venue was excellent. Hotel staff friendly enough.

Didn't spend a lot of time at hotel but was nice with friendly staff, nice room and very comfy bed and pillows. Just couldn't get them lifts to work.

Liked: Beds/pillows; shower; overall impression.

Liked: Welcome drink was a nice touch, location obviously good if going for event
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable. From the pillows to the mattress and sheets. Everything on the bed rustled. Kept waking myself up in the night because the sheets were so loud if you moved position!Staff rude Apart from the welcome drink, the drinks we paid for were very poor. Flat beer and disappointing cocktails For the price that we paid for the room, we would have expected breakfast to be included

Disliked: All was ok,not a complaint,just a comment for othersNo wardrobe,only hangers,not a problem for me,but may be for couple with lots of clothes.A wee table would be good to put the drinks from the clinky bag on,but not an issue..Great stay

Liked: Lovely hotel right next to the arena. Large room and nice bar area. Free drink on checking in too which was a bonus.
Disliked: Nothing
