Liked: Nice and clean with all lifts working. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all really soft mattress and a bit lumpy . Staff we spoke to in check in were nice enough . Would go back if it weren’t for the bed

Liked: I liked the spacious, modern room with its comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like motion-activated under-bed lighting. The sleek, contemporary design gave the space a fresh and stylish feel. Daily towel changes and bed-making were also appreciated, adding a sense of convenience during the stay. The bathroom is compact but functional.
Disliked: The hotel is newly decorated, and the rooms are fairly spacious and relatively clean. However, there was a slight stale smell upon arrival. While the room can be aired out, opening the window lets in significant street noise, which can be disruptive. Towels were changed daily and the bed was made each day, but during a 6-day stay, the floor was never vacuumed. Additionally, tea cups were not washed, merely turned upside down. Storage space in the room is minimal to nonexistent. There is no closed wardrobe—just a small external rack with four hangers, which is insufficient for anyone traveling with formal clothes. There is also no proper counter space, so belongings have to be kept in the suitcase, which becomes inconvenient over a longer stay. The water pressure in the shower was notably low—about half of what one might expect for a satisfying hot shower. The room would be ideal for a short city break or weekend stay, thanks to its modern design and basic amenities. However, for longer visits, the lack of storage, limited cleaning, and comfort issues become more apparent. There were problems with obtaining a printout of the invoice, despite earlier arrangements and promises.
