Great central location, good value...

Liked: Lovely value room at the Moxy - Edinburgh. Super central location (walking distance from Edinburgh town centre). Staff extremely friendly, always a cheery attitude and willing to help with any questions I had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Edinburgh.
Disliked: N/A - everything was to my expectations.

Liked: Very close to the old town, very clean and comfortable. Also it is easily accesible from the airport (bus 100 to Haymarket). Great breakfasts.

Liked: I liked the hotel it’s self and a room, and it’s location. It was easy to get to the city centre by taxi.
Disliked: It was strange for me when a lady at the reception denied me the booked and paid room, in spite of the fact that we arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon. She couldn’t tell me when our room would be ready. I tried to explain her that we had a long trip and we were extremely tired. She asked me to wait on the side. At that time other guests could get their room’s key by their request. After 10 minutes, I decided to ask one more time the key and she gave it to me without any explanation. It looked very strange for me, why did she acted like that? The second note is the cutlery for breakfast was dirty, with food on it and some glasses had traces of lipstick.
