Great location and services, staff...

Liked: Great location and facilities
Disliked: Member of staff who greeted us was very unprofessional and borderline rude, mumbled her way through the information and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Seemed to get annoyed when I had to keep asking her to repeat herself and wasn’t very clear when explaining the €50 deposit that was required. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. However, we did check out with Benjamin and he was great!
