Liked: Room was a good size, good location and bar downstairs was cool. Staff were super friendly and were very welcoming.
Disliked: Room temp was controlled centrally. I was cold each night.Coffee for breakfast was awful - it is not hard to provide decent coffee.Breakfast at 9am was freezing cold - no sausages either so for the price not worth it

3-star hotel that pretends is...

Disliked: Hotel is not 4-star worthy, room has no cabinet, no shelves for your things. Bed is ok, but pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep with them and no other option in the hotel.Heating is not working by design, we complained, somebody came, it worked for 3 hours, then again, the system automatically turns off. It was really cold in the room, especially over night, they are saving cost...Bathroom is extremely small, not 4-star worthyTV is fixed on wall parallel with the bed; I was thinking they have holder that allows TV moving in normal viewing angle, no such thing, crazy design choice, again, saving costBreakfast is rudimentary, never before I was requested to clean my table after breakfast in a 4-star hotel. They have two persons in the lobby, this is the whole staff of the hotel.This is first time for such harsh review, I slept in such hotels, but they are 3-star rated and fraction of the cost of Moxy Dublin City.No complementary bottle of water, no mini bar in the room.I can accept all points, but not for this price and ratings.
