Amazing stay at an amazing...

Liked: The location is great, really near the Hbf and the U-Dortmund. A few cafes around and Rewe is just 200m away. The staffs were super helpful, Mitja (at the front desk) was really great and the room was clean and bed is very comfy. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Nothing, everything meets my expectations.

Liked: Nice lobby with kickertable and games. The personnel is very kind and willing to help (where they can, the processes & rules are not helping them)
Disliked: Overall stay was ok but some things to look after- the soap nor conditioner does not pump well in the shower, the tubes of the soap were clogged- remove the chromecast option if you are not enabling- fix the payments cards problem. Just manage that people can pay. - look after the stock in the bar, on different days there was no aperol, then no hot choco, does not feel professional

Liked: Great design and a welcoming atmosphere! Boardgames to play and a lot of open seating space in the lobby. Absolutely amazing staff and a nice breakfast. We even thought about not leaving the Macy for visiting the town as it has such a great atmosphere :)
Disliked: Parking situation is a bit difficult and uncomfortable.
