Comfy, Swanky, Ideal Location =...

Liked: The location was fantastic and part of why I choose this hotel. The room was super comfy and very quiet given it was in the heart of downtown. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean and swanky.
Disliked: nothing!

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Location was perfect for a concert at Madison Square Gardens.
Disliked: Room was a bit too small.

Liked: The location was good, about a 7 minute walk to central Times Square. The staff were helpful and we liked the hotel vibe. The pillows were super comfy!
Disliked: The safe didn't work in our childrens' room. The bathroom smelt. When we arrived we were on a different floor to our children but we were told they would move us the next day. When we spoke to the lady on reception the next day, she said we had been checked out by mistake and only our childrens' room was showing on the system, due to their error they upgraded us to a larger room which was much better. The double room we stayed in the night before was tiny for 2 people.
