Great Location, poor attention to...

Liked: The location is great - close to several main NYV attractions.The daily credit offered by the hotel is also a positive.
Disliked: Our room was small (to be expected I suppose in a city). However, the room was grubby around the edges with broken flooring, chunks missing out of the bed and walls. The heating/ air con system in our room was faulty. Toilet wasn’t working properly. Some staff weren’t helpful at all. The hotel overall didn’t live up to our expectations (which weren’t high).

Liked: Overall the property is beautifully maintained with kind cleaning crew, but the front desk staff are not clear when it comes to refunds or room policy overall. When we arrived our room key didn’t work so we couldn’t use the elevators. As a courtesy, we were upgraded and new room keys were provided which worked. When we checked out only one night later we were advised that the room fee would be refunded immediately. It’s been weeks and now we’re told it can take possibly thirty days with an international card. Not only did we not use an international card, we were not told this in advance. If this was the case, we should have been notified upon check out of this possible thirty day delay. The property was beautifully maintained and the cleaning staff were very kind, but the front desk staff provide inconsistent information making for a very confusing customer experience. I’d encourage your front desk team to brush up on policy so that customers may be notified correctly on refunds and other room information.

Liked: Great hotel and good location for sightseeing. I was travelling with 3 teenagers so I booked the bunk room so we had a bed each. Beds were really comfortable and room bigger than I expected from the photos. Only minor niggle was the bathroom was frosted glass and parallel with the beds and with the lights on was VERY see through but ok if you kept the bathroom lights off!

Liked: The hotel's concept was impressive, embracing a minimalistic yet highly efficient design. Its location was ideal, conveniently situated near popular tourist attractions. The breakfast offered was convenient for guests on the go, though a buffet option would have been a great addition to enhance the dining experience.

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful at check in. Hotel was bustling. Compact but they utlize the space well. The credit towards the fantastic bakery downstairs was great. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would return
Disliked: Not much, except perhaps the bellhop storing bags area was a little tight
