Liked: Stunning view from 27th floor.Good noise isolation.Taxi transfer to the airport for a very fair price!
Disliked: Hotel has no lobby, reception area is very small.Elevators are very busy and sometimes you have to stay in a line (but not always).

Nothing special

Liked: Rooms extremely small, but if you’re young and not looking for something big this is perfect. Vibe is very young, but overall customer service is lacking at the front. We did have a great experience through the chat feature getting things to our room and confirming late check out. Location is perfect central to midtown and anything touristy.
Disliked: -Small rooms-Room service not guaranteed (we had to request)-Lack of formal signage for guests on how to get to the rooftop-Not worth the price of the room for the size you get, sure location is great… but you could get something slightly bigger for cheaper at other hotels.

Liked: Great and beautiful place, design and decorations. The staff was incredibly. The room were beautiful
Disliked: The room is tight

The perfect view in NYC

Liked: Definitely the view ! We will be back and hopefully we will get our room again !!
Disliked: I would have been nice to have a hand shower :)
