Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect! We walked to most places! Staff was very helpful and kind! After hours Moxy night club was nice. Great views as well!!

Ok and pleasant but I...

Liked: Proximity to area interests
Disliked: Slow elevator with numbers so dark and black guests had a hard time reading them. Dark elevator with black numbers…..annoying

Liked: Moxys are always fun when staying in nyc. Lobby’s and bars always have nice vibe and don’t really need to leave

All the staff was amazing....

Liked: Good location, clean and sweet amenities
Disliked: Rooms were super small

Liked: The room is cool, but no place to put your clothes.
Disliked: The system of fast food and laundry is abusive.The coffee shop is always very busy, you have to wait in a very long queue to take the coffee in the morning with many people from the street. Bad coffee and not comfortable.

Liked: It was so clean, everyone was very friendly and I loved the vibe of the place.

Great place, very basic rooms.

Liked: Brilliant location and friendly staff, bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: No facilities bar a bed, bathroom and sink available in the bedroom. Would have been nice to have a fridge/coffee facilities for the price we paid for the longevity of the trip. Told us we got $30 a day coffee credit for the cafe, only to be charged for this upon check out. No drawers or wardrobes to store clothing - just pegs on the walls which made a longer stay tricky. The room was cleaned twice in 6 days and wasn’t hoovered at all which was a shame as you’re wearing your shoes in and out of the common space.
