Breakfast was good; large family room was good. Very modern.

Disliked: Sofa bed not the most comfortable; also a 20 minute walk to the ABBA Arena.

Brilliant hotel close to the train station. It was friendly and staff was very helpful. We could not fault it. I will definitely recommend the hotel and I will go back. It was value for money and the breakfast was really good and plenty of choice. Excellent.

Liked: Everything. Staff was lovely and helpful; room was lovely; comfortable bed and spotless.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: The hotel is perfectly situated next to London Stratford train station making it very easy to navigate your way from the hotel to other parts of London. Room is very minimalistic but perfect for what we required it for. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Possibly one of the best showers I have used in a hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great too! Brilliant selection. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Disliked: We had attended for my boyfriend's birthday which I had made the hotel aware of and had highlighted when booking. I had expected a little happy birthday message from the hotel which there wasn't. Also the prices at the bar varied from round to round, for the same drinks order which was bizarre.

Pleasant stay but a little...

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was close to underground and to shopping center. The vibe is very welcoming and was very happy with the welcome drink provided. The rooms were always cleaned perfectly and the housekeeping always kept in mind if we woke up late to clean our rooms at a later time to not disrupt us. We stayed here for our anniversary which the property reached out to us about a mirror message which was a perfect and special touch to our stay.
Disliked: The central heating was set to cooling so the room was very cold. However the next day we spoke to the staff and they provided us with a small heater to warm up the room, but wouldn't expect the central heating to be cooling in the middle of December. Also, in comparison to other Moxy hotels we visited maybe more games on premises for guest to enjoy that did not require payment. Also i know this is a standard in all Moxy hotels to not have wardrobes but in this case the hanging space was quite limited in comparison.
