Breakfast was good; large family room was good. Very modern.

Disliked: Sofa bed not the most comfortable; also a 20 minute walk to the ABBA Arena.

Brilliant hotel close to the train station. It was friendly and staff was very helpful. We could not fault it. I will definitely recommend the hotel and I will go back. It was value for money and the breakfast was really good and plenty of choice. Excellent.

Liked: Everything. Staff was lovely and helpful; room was lovely; comfortable bed and spotless.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Good location, sleep ruined by...

Liked: The location is good if you are there to see ABBA Voyage being about a 20 minute walk from the venue.
Disliked: The sound of the trains were so loud. Although the hotel did provide earplugs which was a nice touch, unfortunately they didn’t do too much to quieten the noise. Would have preferred to know about this upfront.

Liked: Great facilities and cleanliness
Disliked: Poor night's sleep due to smoke detector flashing all night over the bed .Considering you are really paying to sleep , I had little sleep because of the light flashing

Very chill hotel, nice vibe,...

Liked: Stayed here for a long weekend while attending WWE in the 02 Arena. Great location near westfield shopping centre and for convienice of trains in/out of london central and for the 02 Arena itself.Staff were very friendly upon arrival, we were given and early check in.Restaurant/Bar/Lounge is nice and chill with large options food and drink and chill area to do some work on laptop or a game of snooker.Beds were comfartable, TV in room, shower, toiltet, kettle etc was sufficient!
Disliked: For what we needed it for, nothing to complain about!
