I love the Moxy experience...

Liked: Staff were exceptional in helping us get to and from Central London via public transport and booking us into breakfast.
Disliked: All was great.

Liked: Near the airport & it is clean

Terrible will never go there...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The Reception gave me a room swipe key card for a room that was already occupied and I walked in the room with someone there and food all over the place and an unmade bed. The food was reheated and the fries tasted like cardboard. The room they finally gave me smelt bad and stuffy.
