Liked: You can get youtube on the tv, vibe is fun and Moxy knows how to look after travellers. I stay here every time I fly into London.

Liked: The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom has a blocked water passage, preventing proper drainage. As a result, the shower fills up quickly, making it difficult to clean. Additionally, the room has no safe, fridge, or wardrobe. The only amenities provided are a water boiler and some sachets of coffee and tea. Overall, the hotel seems designed for quick stays and is more suited for young travellers; it certainly lacks any luxurious features.

Great family room, great location

Liked: The family room is a great size and layout, meant our kids could have their own room, even without a door it still worked really well. The location is great, right next to hire car place and the airport bus picks up out front and only has 1 stop before terminal. Funky lobby with games. Staff were very quick to deliver a cot to the room.
