Great convenient overnight stop with...

Liked: Staff were excellent.There was an issue with the first room I was given. Staff dealt with it really quickly. Apologised and swiftly relocated me. How they handled it was excellent.
Disliked: Menu choices were a bit limited.

Comfortable stay a bit further...

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Hotel itself was quiet and got a great night's sleep after spending the day sight seeing. Staff were very accommodating. Really close to London city airport and the excel which was a great location for us and great value for money
Disliked: I don't have any complaints, the only thing I'd say was that the coffee sachets provided in the room were truly awful. Nice they provide water, coffee and biscuits though

Liked: Close to London City Airport.
Disliked: The reception staff were bit rude.

Good location for Excel. Comfy...

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
Disliked: Breakfast is expensive especially if you only have a small breakfast. I had to get security to go to the room above us (404) at 0245 as they were playing music loudly. They turned music off but then continued to shout at each other. He left and she continued shouting on the phone. Fortunately she then let the room and hotel. Security dealt with it initially but could have managed it for longer.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Very comfortable two night stayRoom compact but perfectly adequate Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not keen on pots of breakfast toppings out of the jar- multiple knives etc ??
