Superb

Excellent stay, would stay again

Liked: Really comfortable beds, room was spotless. Very quiet rooms, never heard anything or anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Brilliant location as we went to an event at the excel

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable and a great base to get around.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we were unhappy with. We would have maybe liked more sandwiches to buy for lunch, but it wasn't an issue.

Liked: Location—It was within a reasonable walking distance from the nearest station. Breakfast had a little of everything. The room was modern and clean.
Disliked: I like to have a safe in the room - laptop size. Shower water pressure could have been better.

Great value for money

Liked: Great value for money, top tier in the budget hotel world. Beds are super comfortable, internal decor is very nice and quirky. Rooms were clean, and the staff are very friendly and happy to help.
