Passable

Disliked: The AC choice between "cool and cooler" is just not acceptable at this time of year. I don't need to read a wall sign how everything is easy-peasy, and learn from staff how the heating only kicks in when some more extreme outside conditions are met, when I can't stop/reduce permanent 19c flow to the room.

Passable

Disliked: Heating/Colling in room not working. Mould on bathroom architrave . Breakfast (hot food) was 4 choice. Where are the fried eggs, mushroms, black pudding

It was alright

Liked: Liked how close it was to DLR station and other amenities
Disliked: I said my surname was Fox which the staff member then immediately spelled as Faux and after the cleaners had come through one of my large black Tshirts had gone missing
