Liked: The staff is great!!! Rooms are new and super clean.
Disliked: Location was kinda far away from the city center, but 20 min in bus take you there, it’s not a bad thing just a little far away

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—about a 20-minute drive. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and having its own parking is a big plus. The room is small, but the bed is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is good.
Disliked: The staff is friendly, but the service was very slow, possibly due to a poor computer system: check-in took about 15 minutes, another 15 minutes were spent processing documents, and they asked me to come back in the morning for the invoice. In the morning, when I asked for the invoice again, they first offered to send it via email, but eventually issued it on the spot in about 10 minutes. Overall, the impression is positive, especially considering the location and amenities.

Comfortable, Welcoming, and Thoughtfully Managed

Liked: The housekeeping team consistently exceeded expectations, ensuring the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bathroom was always well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel provided a warm and welcoming environment, a true refuge from the freezing temperatures outside.Additionally, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both modern and comfortable. The property felt secure and well-cared for, which contributed to a truly relaxing experience.
Disliked: I had informed the hotel in advance through Booking.com about my early flight arrival but had not heard back. This is certainly understandable with a busy hotel with many guests, but alas. I was not aware however, that an early check-in would incur an €80 fee. Considering my three-day stay was $287 USD, this charge felt quite significant—almost equivalent to the cost of an additional night. As an international guest arriving at around 7 a.m in freezing temperatures, I found myself in a challenging situation with no alternative. I even jokingly mentioned this to the attendant, "what other choice do I have? It's dark and freezing outside, I'm a tourist and I have nowhere else to go". After paying the €80 fee, I was allowed to check into a room of the type I had booked, which was fully prepared and ready.

Disliked: the parking situation is horrible, such a big garage but by far not enough space for hotel guests no hot water at around 08:00 and the only answer to another guest was to shower earlier than 07:00 or later thn 09:00?

Disliked: Rooms too small for rooms with double beds.
