Great stay with good breakfast

Liked: I really appreciate the hotel's location; it’s centrally situated and near many attractions. The breakfast and room are great as well!
Disliked: The staff isn't very friendly. It would be great if they could be a bit more welcoming.

Nice enough hotel, but uncomfortable...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but not enough vegan friendly options.
Disliked: The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. The staff could not find out booking the night of check-in, which caused problems. We had to speak with staff first thing to resolve and they had to charge us twice. It was about an hour or so extra explaining. It should have been much more straight forward. Particularly when arriving and checking in late.
