Not worth the money

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The staff were so unhelpful. Ordered meals and only half of order was served as they forgot to order the items so had to wait for these meals to arrive. Breakfast was shocking!!! Hardly any choice and the hot food was cd!!

Disliked: Miss the welcome drink I usually get in other Moxy's. Room was a bit tired looking (peeling wall paper, stained sink etc)

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I feel like the staff were run off their feet and needed more help. The bar was 10 people waiting for service deep with only 2 girls doing cocktails, teas and coffees. The same girls were only one able to do check in. Definitely need more staff on bar to help those working hard.

Great and magical stay

Liked: The room was clean, tidy, with a comfortable bed.Just one recommendation - having a desk would be a convenience.The welcome message waiting for us written on the TV was a very pleasant surprise. Also the magical elevator ride. Every small gesture makes people smile and feel welcome.
