Liked: Hotel Review: MOXY HotelI recently stayed at the MOXY Hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience.Positives:We really appreciated the modern decor and the inviting check-in areas. The aesthetic of the hotel is appealing and creates a vibrant atmosphere upon arrival.Staffing Issues:Unfortunately, there were not enough staff members for the scheduled events, leading to long wait times and a disorganized atmosphere.Breakfast:The breakfast was disappointing. While the hotel looks stylish, the food was cold and stale, sitting out for too long. There was only one waitress managing the entire breakfast area, which made service slow and frustrating.Bar Experience:The bar staff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated, which affected their interactions with guests. Many patrons felt ignored, and the lack of friendliness from the servers added to the overall disappointment.Room Quality:For the price, the rooms did not meet expectations. They lacked blackout curtains, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, and I found it unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The bed was just okay, but nothing to rave about.In summary, while the modern decor and check-in areas were highlights, the overall experience was marred by staffing issues and inadequate service. I hope the hotel can address these concerns, as it has great potential.

While the hotel looks nice, the food was cold and stale, sitting out for too long.
