Liked: People at front desk were nice!
Disliked: Hard to believe it’s a four star because the rooms are small, you have to ask for amenities like moisturizer at the front desk (and you have to walk there because the phone line doesn’t work), housecleaning doesn’t come every day to take out trash, there are only like ten TV channels and streaming is limited to “you could hook up your Netflix, but only your Netflix.” It’s not unbearable and none of the complaints are like DEALBREAKERS, but it is a bit like, “Four star? This is a four star?” There’s more bang for your buck elsewhere, I’m sure.

Liked: I thought we had breakfast included in our stay but could not find where it was being served.

Could be better.

Liked: The decor and vibe was nice.
Disliked: The King room was too small, there was talk about a towel room but it didn’t exist for client access, the microwave was in the lobby-why not put one on every floor in the iron room? We were snowed in and the food at the other hotel was subpar. Also the mini fridge can’t hold more than 1 20 oz drink.
